first off, that kid is still developing.

who knew that cabo san lucas, and specifically, nick san, is a hotbed for sports figures....?

michael strahan of the ny giants was on a date with eddie murphy's ex-wife.

one table over, was lance armstrong with a group of dudes.

and of course, one table over was.... me.

i took off for the nowhere bar. a few minutes later, lance followed. and later still, strahan and his date followed.

that was funny.

it is always disheartening to read a story like this. individuals can find ways to try and help eliminate poverty. but, as a collective, i don't think we are doing enough.

high expectations

was ucla being chosen by gary parish as the top school to dominate college basketball the next 5 years really a surprise? i think not.

indeed, if jrue holiday comes to ucla in 2008, ucla will, arguably, have the best incoming class with drew gordon, jerime anderson and malcolm lee. sweet.

then, in 2009, my fingers are crossed for renardo sidney.
